Returns/RefundsWe do not offer returns or refunds on our jewels. All sales are final. We are a very small one woman show, each piece is one of a kind, at times maybe two and if special request even three but very, very, rarely! In lieu of this, we take special pride in creating things with our own hands and jewels are a personal item to be treasured. If you have an issue within the first 2 weeks from purchase date ie. something goes awry - hey! life happens - contact us we will do our very best to keep you a jewel loving human. Repairs/ReplacementWhat if in the future I decide to do cartwheels down the road at 3am and my jewels fling off with fury and need repairs? Well then, it sounds like you had a great night!
